My ex-boyfriend randomly provided me a DVD with this when I was in college (I believe he discovered it at a garage sale?). It was truly the only abs I ever did back then. I like that you can bust out an ab workout as well as relocation on with life.

Breakfast: I have been craving pancakes at the most random times – however not in the morning. around 3pm I’ll think… “I want pancakes! I desire I ate them for breakfast.” So, today I did.

This weekend I purchased some holiday potpourri as a decoration. I like Thanksgiving as well as Christmas as well as am truly looking ahead to the holidays! I’m digging that this design smells so good as well
Sure it’s a bit early to bust out the decorations, however this is all we have out. Plus, we are going to Florida Dec. 23rd so I want to get the most out of it while I’m home!
